Ben's thorough approach to Osteopathy stems from his understanding that the body needs to be encouraged, not forced, back to normal function. This Corresponds with the Osteopathic principles of

  • The body is a unit

  • Structure and function are inter-related

  • The body, has its own medical chest

  • The rule of the artery, fluids, blood, oxygen, hormones, nutrients etc. must be free to move around the body.

Ben has a strong sports background. He had a keen interest in Judo since he was 5 years old. He was the Irish Judo Champion at both junior and senior levels and has represented Ireland as an international Judoka. He also taught Judo at his local club for a number of years.
